No more squeezing! No more medicine! No more cream! No more bandages! CootieGirl’s staph infection is all cleared up. She still has some mild bruising from the toll the draining took on her skin, but other than that it’s all gone.

This morning was her last dose of medicine and we all did a jig when she was told that the “bump” was all gone!

I hope she doesn’t get another infection any time soon. It was tough going through the twice daily battle to drain the infection out when it was at it’s worst. She’s had two in three months. Let’s hope that’s the last of them now that she’s had 10 days of medicine which she didn’t have the first time around.
